We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Warangal. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in Warangal.

- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the Warangal market and local business landscape.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
