CTC: ₹22–25 LPA Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a robust background in selling US Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Virtual CFO, Accounting Outsourcing, and Financial Consulting services to US clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within US CPA firms or accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and acquire US clients.
- Sell US Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Virtual CFO, and Accounting services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct cold calling, client meetings, and business presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Lead and mentor a small sales team.

Required Skills




- 8+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
- Experience selling US Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Virtual CFO, or Accounting services.
- Strong US client handling and client acquisition experience.
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM and MS Excel.
- Team management experience is preferred.
