Role Description :

The Retail Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru stores.

This role involves overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.

The manager is responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and hygiene.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, UPS, VM, training and coaching team members, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and implementing promotional activities.

The role also requires maintaining accurate records, managing cash handling procedures and coordinating with regional and corporate teams to achieve business targets.

Candidate Profile :

Robust Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive in-store experience.

Proficiency in Store Management, including staff scheduling,



inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with operational standards and KRA's.

Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store teams, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage, ensure adherence to security procedures, and safeguard store assets.

Experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.

Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and implement initiatives to improve revenue and profitability.

Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred - Atleast Graduate.

Age limit - 30 to 40 years

Experience of 8 - 10 years in the Retail Fashion or Apparel industry in a similar profile is preferred.
