Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships for Micro Cotton® products in the Poonamallee location. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.

The Sales

Manager will monitor market trends, analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports,



and collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. The role also includes leading and coaching sales staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing the brand at meetings, trade events, and presentations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in textiles, consumer goods, or luxury retail.
- Strong skills in business development, account management, and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in team leadership, target setting, and performance coaching.
- Knowledge of retail channels, distribution networks, and regional market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Poonamallee and travel as needed for client meetings and market visits.
