Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of immigration consultants, achieving revenue targets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring high-quality client consultation across all immigration services including work visas, PR, investor visas and second passports.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Immigration Sales Consultants
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Drive team performance to achieve revenue and conversion goals
- Provide guidance on client handling, objection management, and closing strategies
- Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews
- Ensure high standards of client consultation and service quality
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and processing
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa programs, and market trends

Requirements

- Bachelor’s / Master's degree (MBA preferred)




- 3–6 years of experience in sales / immigration consultancy / overseas recruitment
- Minimum 2-3 years in a team handling or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
