Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Prime LAP sales and achieve business targets.
- Source business through DSA, connectors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
- Manage the sales process from sourcing to disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations for timely processing.
- Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Prime LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
- Robust DSA and connector network in the market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
