Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable interior design solutions.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial sales discussions to final project handover.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely updates.
- Coordinate with the design, project execution, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve client concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Drive repeat business and referrals through exceptional client service.
