Role Description The Gold Loan Sales Manager (SM) at PayNearby will oversee gold loan business development and portfolio growth within the assigned territory, with a focus on Udaipur. This full time, on-site role includes identifying and onboarding new retail partners, training them on gold loan products and processes, and driving sales through active engagement and regular field visits. The SM will monitor loan performance, ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, and handle customer and partner queries to maintain high service standards.

The role also involves tracking market trends,



coordinating with internal teams for process improvements, and preparing periodic reports on sales, collections, and partner performance.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and target achievement in financial services or allied sectors.

Candidates should possess knowledge of gold loan products, basic credit assessment, and an understanding of branchless or retail-led financial services.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and support retail partners and customers.

Candidates should possess solid organizational and reporting skills, including territory planning, data tracking, and use of digital tools or CRM systems.

Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Udaipur, conduct regular field visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant experience in gold loans, microfinance, banking, NBFCs, or fintech will be beneficial.

A graduate degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales and financial services may be considered.

Comfort with smartphone and web-based applications, and proficiency in local language(s) and English will be advantageous.
