– Sales Manager The Sales Manager will be responsible for bringing new business to the company. The main responsibility is to find potential clients, generate leads, meet decision-makers, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

Responsibilities

- Find current construction projects and business opportunities.
- Meet builders, developers, architects, consultants, industries, corporate clients, and government departments.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online portals, and personal visits.
- Present the company's services and capabilities to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the estimation and technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Regularly follow up with clients until the project is awarded.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that are beneficial for the company.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Keep track of upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities.




- Maintain a record of all leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
