The person will be responsible for selling and supporting all products offered by the company in the North India region, and will be based around Delhi. Pay commensurate with the experience.
What You will Do
- Call potential customers and travel all around the country to hunt for sales opportunities
- Develop new customer relations and find new projects
- Identify leads, give presentation, conduct site visits, create sales proposals, and close deals.
- Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets by nurturing existing relationships and establishing new customer connections.
- Track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, provide sales forecasts.
What We Require
- High integrity and solid work ethics
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling perimeter intrusion detection systems or security products, including cameras.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education and/or sales leadership experience
- Willingness to travel overnight. Travel at least up to 40%, and whenever needed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical and mechanical aptitude and ability to instruct, train and demonstrate product features and benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Incentive will be given for good sale.
