Looking for an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home loans, Car loans, LAP, and insurance sales. Candidates should have a robust sales background, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Generate business for Education Loan, Car Loan and other financial products.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners.





Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and training.

Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
