Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to qualified leads provided by the company.

Explain company services and offerings clearly to prospects.

Qualify leads based on their requirements and buying intent.

Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for senior sales team members.

Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in CRM.

Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospects.

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and closures.

Continuously improve product knowledge and sales communication skills.

RequirementsExcellent Verbal Communication Skills In Hindi And Basic English.

Solid confidence while speaking on calls.





Good listening and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
