Job Title: Weekend Event Sales Hustler (Intern)

Location: Bengaluru (On-ground Events/Pop-ups)

Duration: 2-3 Months (Weekends Only)

Are you the life of the party? Do you love talking to people and have a "never say no" attitude? TAD is looking for energetic student interns to be the face of our brand at Bengaluru’s most happening Pop-ups, food fests, flea markets, and corporate events. This isn't a boring desk job—it’s a high-octane sales role where you learn how to move products in the real world.

? What You’ll Do

Own the Stall: Be the first point of contact for customers at our event stalls.

The Sampling Master: Get people hooked on our "Amazing" products through live sampling.

Close the Sale: Drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales and hit daily targets.

Collect Love:



Gather customer feedback and leads (data entry) to help us grow.

? Who You Are

Student First: Currently pursuing a degree (B.Com, BBA, etc.) and looking for real-world experience.

Communicator: You can speak Kannada (essential) + Hindi/English.

Mobile: You have your own two-wheeler and a valid license to reach event venues.

Reliable: You understand that "on time" is "late" in the event world.

Fixed Daily Stipend: ₹600 per event day (Saturday/Sunday).

Performance Bonus: ₹400 extra every day you hit the sales target.

Uncapped Commission: 5% commission on every rupee sold above the target.

Attendance Reward: ₹1,000 Monthly Bonus for 100% punctuality (no lates/no-shows).

Daily Allowance: ₹250 per day (Food + Fuel) paid separately from your stipend.
