- Working Hours: 10 hours per shift (including breaks as per company policy)

Role Summary Entry-level/ Experienced sales role responsible for outbound calling to Canadian customers, pitching telecom products/services, and driving conversions from provided leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to Canada-based customers using assigned leads
- Pitch telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, etc.)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (call outcomes, conversions, follow-ups)
- Handle objections and rejections professionally
- Follow defined scripts, compliance, and call quality standards
- Ensure adherence to shift timings

Required Skills

- Neutral/clear English accent (international process readiness)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Sales Experience and willingness to learn
- Confidence in handling rejection
- Strong listening skills and customer empathy

Eligibility

- Graduate
- Freshers or 07 years of experience (BPO/sales preferred)
