We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier (Night Shift) to manage the billing counter and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will handle billing transactions, maintain inventory records, update reports using Microsoft Excel, and assist with order packing and dispatch. This role requires accuracy, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth night-shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the billing counter and ensure accurate billing of all customer orders.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions efficiently.
- Maintain daily cash records and prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock tracking and updating inventory records.
- Maintain and update reports using Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
- Support the team in order packing and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Keep the billing area organized and follow company SOPs.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail/F&B; operations is preferred.
