Role Description The Sales Growth role at Rosto Snack is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for driving sales expansion, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting revenue growth initiatives across channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing and executing growth strategies, managing key accounts, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and product launches. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, tracking performance against targets,



and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking capabilities to design and test innovative tactics that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Experience in FMCG, food, or consumer products sectors is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic Excel or data analysis software is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and travel locally as required.
