Job Summary Smartix is seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to represent our brand at Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore. The role involves engaging with a diverse range of customers, promoting Smartix products, and delivering an excellent retail experience in a fast-paced airport environment

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Smartix products and build strong brand awareness among airport passengers.
- Approach customers, explain product features, and demonstrate product usage effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and uphold brand presentation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, retail policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter at all times.
- Coordinate with airport retail staff, supervisors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment,



and product rotation.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards as per airport retail requirements.

Requirements

- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently engage and influence customers.
- Energetic, Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport setting.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including day and night schedules.
- Must be eligible for airport security clearance and required passes.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory updates.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is preferred for effective communication
- Multilingual ability is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
