Shree Ram Property is hiring a Sales Executive for our commercial and industrial real estate division. This is a field-based sales role that requires regular client meetings, property site visits, lead follow-ups, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Contact prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial and industrial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Meet clients at project locations and office.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Update lead details in CRM and maintain sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and frequent local travel.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
- Real estate sales experience is an advantage; freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be punctual, professional, and willing to visit project sites as required.
