Primary Job Title: Real Estate Business Development Executive ? Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate recent business opportunities in the real estate market. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity. Promote real estate projects through calls, meetings, and site visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets. Follow up with leads generated through marketing and convert them into clients.



Coordinate with the sales team for closures and ongoing client support. Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events for lead generation. ? Skills &
