Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Build solid customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
