Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in visitors and prospects, conduct facility tours, explain membership plans, and recommend suitable services based on customer needs. The role includes managing leads, following up by phone and in person, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and conversions, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Executive will collaborate with front desk, trainers, and management to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members and support member retention efforts.



This role also involves participating in local marketing activities, gathering customer feedback, and representing the brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.

Proven ability in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing sales in a service-oriented environment.

Basic proficiency with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools, and comfort working with spreadsheets and email.

Customer service mindset, including active listening, problem-solving, and handling objections professionally.

Interest in health, fitness, or wellness services, and ability to clearly explain membership benefits and offerings.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.

Prior experience in fitness clubs, healthcare, hospitality, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage.
