Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in sales (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
