Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Architecture & Interior Design)

About Innov Arch

Innov Arch is a leading Architecture, Interior Design & Planning consultancy based in Noida. We specialize in Luxury Villas, Resorts, Hotels, Townships, Commercial Buildings, Schools and Premium Interior Projects across India.

With qualified enquiries every month, we are looking for a confident and energetic Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and coordinate meetings with our senior architects.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new inbound leads received through Meta Ads, website and other marketing channels.
- Introduce Innov Arch and explain our design services.
- Understand the client's project requirements and budget.
- Qualify genuine prospects and maintain accurate lead information.
- Schedule virtual meetings, office meetings and site visits with our Directors.
- Follow up with interested clients until the meeting is completed.
- Maintain daily updates in CRM/Excel and ensure every lead is properly tracked.
- Coordinate with the design and business development team for smooth client handover.




- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Strong telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client conversations.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support or Business Development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
