Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify current business opportunities in the apparel and technical textile sector, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role includes maintaining relationships with existing customers, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Executive will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and participate in market research and industry events to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, automation, or textile/apparel-related solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at various levels.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into suitable solution offerings.
- Comfort with sales reporting, basic CRM tools, and structured follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field; relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed and strong customer service orientation.
