- Key Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

- Managing WhatsApp Business and dealing with customer enquiries.

- - Telecalling and cold calling activities.

- - Calling and following up with B2B and B2C customers.

- - Handling enquiries received through Instagram and other social media platforms.

- - Managing after-sales services in terms of warranty and claims and customer support

- - Managing couriers and dispatch coordination.

- - Handling online platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and similar portals.

- - Maintaining customer records and ensuring timely follow-ups.

- - Carrying out all sales-related work and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

- - Handling Dispatch of parcels
