Flomic Global Logistics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, developing client relationships, and promoting our Air & Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the pricing and operations teams.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Logistics services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
