→ 2-5 years' quota carrying Sales or BD experience in BFSI or B2B, with real lead-gen and pipeline discipline
→ Comfort talking credit, working capital, and lending products, not just "financial services" in the abstract
→ Someone who can run a client meeting, hold a negotiation, and close it
