ROLE OVERVIEW: IndiVillage Tech Solutions LLP is looking for enthusiastic and confident Field Sales Executives to support our Egocentric AI Data Collection Project across multiple locations. This is a field-based role involving daily interaction with businesses and individuals to explain the project, generate leads, and onboard participants. No technical background is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct daily field visits within the assigned territory
- Explain the Egocentric AI Data Collection project in a clear & simple manner
- Generate & convert leads into project participants
- Build & maintain relationships with local businesses & communities
- Meet daily & weekly outreach targets
- Record field activities & maintain reports using a smartphone
- Represent IndiVillage professionally during all field interactions REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Any Graduate
- Valuable communication skills in the regional language and/or Hindi, as applicable to the assigned location
- Self motivated, target oriented and comfortable with daily field work
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area - Prior experience in field sales, marketing, business development or customer acquisition is an advantage.
