You will assist in sales activities, client coordination, and daily operational tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world business processes and international work environments.

Key Responsibilities Assist in lead generation, prospect research, and sales follow-ups. Support the sales team with client communication via email and calls. Maintain and update sales and operations trackers, reports, and databases.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Prepare basic sales reports, proposals, and business presentations. Support day-to-day operational activities and process documentation.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness,



and compliance in all assigned tasks.

Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales and operations concepts (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Solid organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn. Comfortable working remotely during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Internship, academic project, or coursework exposure in sales, operations, or business management is a plus.
