About the Role

DM Wellness is looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable selling on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok, has robust communication skills, and can build trust with potential customers while helping them choose the right product.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads and DMs from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
- Engage prospects and proactively source leads from social channels, not just wait on hand-offs.
- Conduct consultation and sales conversations with prospective customers.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable products.
- Explain the features and benefits of Carb Controller and our other products.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Log every lead and conversation accurately in the tracker/CRM.
- Coordinate with the founders on order handoff and customer onboarding.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in D2C, social selling, inside sales, or consultation sales.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional Indian language a plus).
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in wellness, nutraceuticals, beauty, or FMCG sales is a strong advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
- Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives based on sales performance (1–2 lac).

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
