We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales and a passion for building long-term client relationships while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue recent sales opportunities in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with project managers and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.




- Provide excellent customer service and support post-sales to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
