Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhiwadi.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with existing and potential clients, and promote Barkat Machinery’s range of EOT cranes, gears, and couplings. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, provide regular performance reports, and support customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery or engineering products, preferably EOT cranes, gears, and couplings.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over phone or email.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and plan territory coverage.
- Comfort with basic documentation, record-keeping, and use of MS Office or similar tools for reporting.
- Proven ability to work independently on-site, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or industrial product sales is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
