We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with clients, generate leads, and support business growth through tele calling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
- Generate leads and follow up on existing inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Explain company products, schemes, and promotional offers to potential clients
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to build long-term relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing and delivery updates
- Maintain daily call records and lead status in CRM or Excel sheets
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and convert leads into business opportunities
- Collect market feedback and competitor information through customer interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling, telesales, pharma sales, or customer support
- Positive communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable with cold calling and regular client follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
- Positive attitude with target-oriented approach
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
