Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation (South India) Qualifications & Experience B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

3–5 years of experience in technical sales of Industrial Automation, Motion Control components, or Special Purpose Machines

Prior sales experience in the Pharma, Packaging, or Automation industries is preferred

Based in Bangalore with a robust regional network across South India

Languages: Kannada & Tamil (mandatory), English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred) Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads by engaging customers across major industrial hubs in South India

Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the Mumbai Head Office (HO) for technical evaluation and offer preparation

Manage end-to-end customer relationships—from initial contact through post-sales support; offer submission and negotiations handled by HO

Conduct routine visits to existing Key Accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities

Travel extensively within South India and visit the Mumbai Head Office every 2–3 months or as required Skills: automation,industrial automation,customer,sales
