Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads & find new customers
- Meet clients & understand requirements
- Prepare quotations & close deals
- Achieve sales targets
- Follow up for orders & payments
- Maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, accounts)
- Share market & competitor feedback

Preferred candidate profile Graduate (B.Tech / Diploma / BBA / MBA Sales/Marketing preferred)

- 15 years experience in sales (industrial/technical preferred)
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Basic technical knowledge (machines/pumps/products)
- Willing to travel & meet clients
- Target-oriented & self-motivated
- Knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
