About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at HeadSpin. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our cutting-edge testing and monitoring platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and customer success to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses solid problem-solving skills, and has a keen interest in improving digital experiences across diverse environments and devices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in cloud-based platforms or testing tools.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API development, automation frameworks, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with mobile and web application testing across various devices and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.




- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for HeadSpin’s testing and monitoring platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Automate testing processes and develop tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
