Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and self-motivated Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer to join our Industrial Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial offers, and coordinating with customers from enquiry to order finalization.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in Industrial Automation.
- Identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries and RFQs.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the engineering team.
- Conduct customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Follow up for quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, End Users, and System Integrators.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and business forecasts.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
- Support payment follow-up and customer satisfaction activities.
- Maintain CRM and customer database.

- Ability to prepare professional quotations and proposals.
- Willingness to travel across India for customer meetings.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics.

Experience
- 1–5 Years in Industrial Automation Sales / Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication skills and automation knowledge may also apply.

Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Additional Requirements

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
