Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Dietitian role based in Gurugram.

The Sales

Dietitian will provide individualized nutritional counseling, conduct dietary assessments, and design medical nutrition therapy plans tailored to client needs. The role involves explaining gut health and hormone balance concepts to clients, guiding them through weight management programs, and monitoring progress over time.

Dietitian will also contribute to client acquisition and retention by presenting services, following up with leads, and supporting sales conversions through expert advice.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the clinical and operations teams, maintaining accurate records, delivering educational sessions, and ensuring a high standard of client care and service.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based nutritional principles in practice.
- 0-1 years of experience can apply
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including conducting assessments and providing personalized guidance.
- Experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy, particularly in areas such as gut health, hormone balance, and lifestyle-related conditions.
- Competence in Weight Management, including designing and monitoring sustainable weight and lifestyle programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional certification or registration as a dietitian/nutritionist, as applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Sales orientation with the ability to build trust, address client concerns, and support enrollment in suitable programs.
- Organizational skills for managing client schedules, records, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice and continuous learning in gut health and medical nutrition.
