Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities for CloudHire in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume sales, particularly in the Indian market. We are especially interested in candidates who have successfully sold products or service packages ranging from ₹9,000 to ₹19,999 INR in sales-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 110 outbound calls per week.
- Achieve a minimum 25% close rate on qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of CloudHire's offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Prior experience in SaaS sales is preferred.
- Experience selling products or services in the ₹9,000 – ₹19,999 price range.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
