We are looking for a Sales CRM Executive with interior/design knowledge and strong sales skills. The role involves generating and handling leads, managing client relationships, and converting leads into interior design projects while coordinating with the design team.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage sales leads through CRM and other channels.
- Follow up with potential clients, convert leads into projects and with clients regarding project updates and proposals.
- Coordinate between clients, sales team, and designers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
- Maintain and update client data, leads, and project details in CRM.
- Schedule client meetings and support the sales process from initial inquiry to project confirmation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation of client requirements and project details.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, CRM, or client acquisition.




- Ability to generate leads and convert them into projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior design or architecture projects is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools, Excel, or sales tracking systems.

Preferred (a plus):

- Experience working in interior design, architecture, or related industries.
- Understanding of design concepts or project workflows.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
