Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur, responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales operations. This role includes managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders with production, logistics, and distribution teams.

The Sales

Coordinator will maintain customer records, track shipments, and follow up on payments to support accurate and timely delivery. Daily tasks also involve assisting with sales reports,



monitoring inventory related to mosaic and tile products, and coordinating with domestic and international clients. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations and uphold Shinex Mosaics’ service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in sales coordination, order processing, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to interact with domestic and international clients.
- Competence in data entry, MS Office (especially Excel), and basic sales reporting or CRM tools.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of tiles, mosaics, or building materials industry is beneficial; experience in B2B or project-based sales support is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production, logistics, and distribution teams and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Nagpur and flexibility to coordinate with different time zones if required.
