Experience: 25 years in sales support, coordination, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Customer Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, follow-ups, Payment follow -ups and ensuring timely responses.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, agreements, and client communications.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports and share insights with management.
- Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in workflow and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
