Role

This is a full time, on-site position based in Surat, Gujarat.

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales and Project teams by managing quotations, customer communication, documentation, dispatch coordination, payment follow-ups, and sales records. The role requires close coordination with the Sales, Technical, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents

· Maintain inquiry, quotation, and project trackers

· Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams

· Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer payments





· Coordinate material dispatches and delivery schedules

· Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and completion documents

· Respond to customer inquiries professionally

· Maintain CRM and sales records

· Prepare reports and MIS for management

Qualifications

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

· 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Back Office, or Customer Support

· Freshers with excellent communication and MS Excel skills may also apply

Skills

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

· Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with CRM/ERP software is an added advantage
