About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented sales coordinator to support our sales operations across Delhi NCR. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate customer data, timely follow ups, and smooth coordination between the sales team and customers. The role may also require occasional travel within Delhi NCR and nearby regions to support sales activities, customer meetings, and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer information, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.

- Ensure all enquiries are assigned, tracked, and followed up on within defined timelines.

- Coordinate with the sales team to maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as required.

- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch updates, and customer communication.

- Generate periodic CRM reports and sales performance reports.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.

- Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and customer visits.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders, and documentation.





- Travel occasionally within Delhi NCR and nearby locations for customer meetings, exhibitions, or sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM management, or sales support.

- Hands on experience with CRM software is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel occasionally when required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the building materials, aluminium systems, construction, architectural products, or related industries will be an added advantage.
