The sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing day -to- day administrative, operational, and customer -facing coordination tasks. This role acts as the connecting link between sales, operations, and clients .

- Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations, and follow up diligently on pending orders to ensure timely closur e
- Coordinate closely with the sales team and clients to process inquiries and quotations efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Track order status from inquiry through to delivery/completion, proactively updating clients on progress at each stage.
- Manage correspondence, follow - ups,
and after -sales support to build and sustain strong, long -term client relationships.
- Maintain and regularly update customer databases, CRM records, and sales trackers to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and applicable maritime industry standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the maritime, shipping, or marine services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of LSA/FFA equipment, marine safety products, and shipping documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
