Sales Coordinator (FMCG)

Budget: ₹30,000 per month (CTC)

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 2–3 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9 to 10 Working Hours (Day shift)

Interview Process: Face-to-face interview at the Udaipur office

- Coordinate with sales executives, area sales managers, and distributors.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track primary and secondary sales data.
- Maintain customer and distributor records.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate shortages.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and claims.
- Manage promotional schemes, trade offers, and incentive records.
- Assist in sales forecasting and target tracking.
- Handle sales documentation, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Support new product launches by coordinating with different departments.




- Prepare and circulate daily price lists to distributors and sales representatives.
- Send daily WhatsApp updates regarding price lists, promotional schemes, stock

availability, new product launches, and company announcements.
- Maintain WhatsApp broadcast lists and customer contact databases.
- Ensure timely communication of price revisions, trade offers, and promotional schemes via WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Follow up with distributors to confirm receipt of price lists and promotional updates.

Required Skills

- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reports)
- ERP software knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
