Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Coordinator role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Coordinator will support daily sales operations, including managing inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, updating customer databases, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.

Coordinator will handle customer communication, resolve basic service issues,



and follow up on leads to support the sales team in meeting targets. This position requires close collaboration with sales, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth end-to-end order processing. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal coordination.

Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to support the sales team and maintain positive client relationships.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Relevant experience in battery, automotive, or energy sectors is beneficial, along with basic understanding of lithium-ion products.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales management tools is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
