Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Pune City. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for solar solutions, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and generating qualified leads through various channels.

The Sales Business

Development professional will build and maintain relationships with clients, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to align sales strategies with project execution and providing regular sales reporting and forecasts to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market data, sales performance, and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects and understand competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in renewable energy or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and travel locally to meet clients and visit project locations as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads and preparing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
