We’re looking for an energetic Sales Associate to join our project sales team. If you’re hungry to learn, enjoy talking to people, and want to build a career in real estate — this is where you start.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify leads through company-provided enquiries and self-sourcing.
- Handle customers and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth booking and registration processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM.
- Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and local market trends.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred; BFSI, automobile, hospitality,



or luxury retail sales also considered).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Customer-focused with a positive and target-driven attitude.
- Comfortable working on weekends with a weekly off on a weekday.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
