Drive sales and collections from assigned furniture dealers by maintaining regular market visits, securing advance-paid orders and developing strong dealer relationships.
This is a field-based sales role involving daily local travel.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned furniture dealers according to a fixed weekly journey plan.
- Maintain regular engagement with at least four assigned dealers.
- Present the company’s furniture range, schemes, pricing and product advantages.
- Generate orders strictly against advance payment.
- Achieve a monthly collected-order target of ₹2.5 lakh per assigned dealer.
- Follow up and recover old outstanding amounts from assigned dealers.
- Identify opportunities to increase order frequency and value.
- Address dealer queries and coordinate order-related issues with the company.
- Deposit all collections into the designated company account within 24 hours.
- Submit daily geo-tagged dealer-visit and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer visits, orders, payments and follow-ups.
- Share competitor pricing, products and market feedback with management.
- Follow the assigned territory and journey plan without unauthorised outstation travel.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Performance incentive: ₹2,000 for every assigned dealer achieving ₹2.5 lakh in collected orders during the month
- Maximum monthly incentive: ₹8,000
- Local travel reimbursement: Up to ₹1,500 per month against valid bills
- No outstation stay or travel is expected.
Maximum monthly earning potential: ₹35,000, including fixed salary,
maximum incentive and travel reimbursement.
Performance requirements
- Initial contract period: 3 months
- Contract renewal will depend on performance, discipline and reporting compliance.
- The candidate must collect a minimum of ₹5,00,000 in advance-paid orders within the first 30 days.
- Failure to meet the 30-day performance gate may lead to discontinuation of the engagement.
Candidate requirements
- 1–3 years of field-sales experience.
- Experience in any of the following sectors is preferred:
- Furniture
- Plywood
- Laminates
- Paint
- Building materials
- FMCG or dealer/distributor sales
- Minimum education: Class 12 pass.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must own an Android smartphone with internet and location services.
- Must be familiar with the local market and dealer network.
- Comfortable working six days a week and travelling locally every day.
- Able to communicate and negotiate confidently with furniture dealers.
- Honest and disciplined in handling payments and collections.

- Solid dealer relationship-building ability.
- Confident and persuasive selling style.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with incentive-linked earnings.
- Familiarity with wardrobes, modular furniture or household furniture.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Accurate and timely reporting habits.
- Knowledge of the local language is mandatory; basic Bangla, Hindi or English is desirable.
